Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ GP Holdings owns a non-economic controlling interest in PAA's general partner, and an indirect limited partner interest in PAA. PAGP makes quarterly distributions of its available cash to Shareholders of record. PAGP completed its initial public offering in October 2013 and its shares are traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the symbol “PAGP.” Investors in PAGP receive a 1099, versus a K-1.
