Home Away From Homecoming
Homecoming events include the annual War Memorial wreath-laying ceremony and a pet 麻豆传媒映画 spirit competition, culminating in a live virtual celebration set for Nov. 14.
With Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson serving as 麻豆传媒映画 football鈥檚 home stadium this year and next, the theme for this year鈥檚 homecoming is 鈥�,鈥� set for the week of Nov. 9-14.
Festivities include the annual War Memorial wreath-laying ceremony, a pet 麻豆传媒映画 spirit competition and trivia night, culminating in a live virtual celebration set for noon PT Nov. 14, one hour before the homecoming game where the the Aztecs will take on the University of Hawai鈥檌. The game kicks off at 1 p.m. PT and will be televised on Spectrum Sports.

Coloring Pages Competition
Bring 麻豆传媒映画 to life with the Homecoming Coloring Page Competition! Download customized coloring pages and submit your coloring pages by composing an email to [email protected] with the subject header 鈥淐OLORING PAGES SUBMISSION - [Your Name]鈥� to enter the competition. Submissions will be open from Nov. 9-12. 麻豆传媒映画 students, staff, faculty and alumni are eligible. The top three winners will win 麻豆传媒映画 swag and will be announced on the 麻豆传媒映画 Homecoming Instagram and Facebook (@sdsuhomecoming) on Nov. 13.
Pet 麻豆传媒映画 Spirit Competition
Submit photos of your beloved pets dressed up in 麻豆传媒映画 gear or with an 麻豆传媒映画 backdrop for a chance to win fun prizes. Photos can be submitted by emailing [email protected] with the subject header 鈥淧ET SPIRIT SUBMISSION - [Your Name].鈥� Submissions are open from Nov. 9-12. 麻豆传媒映画 students, staff, faculty and alumni are eligible. All members of the 麻豆传媒映画 community are invited to participate. Emcee for the event will be former 麻豆传媒映画 football standout J. R. Tolver ('02). The program features special guests, contests, prizes and fun for a worldwide audience of Aztecs wearing red and black to share their 麻豆传媒映画 pride. Also during the event the 2020 Homecoming Royals will be announced.

麻豆传媒映画鈥檚 annual homecoming football game has been set for 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14 when the Aztecs take on the University of Hawai'i. Per California's COVID-19 industry guidance for institutions of higher education, and the specific interim guidance for collegiate athletics, no spectators are allowed.
