Things to know before you visit

• Please Note: The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Passport Office will be closed from Thursday, November 27, 2025, through Monday, December 1, 2025, for the holiday observance.
  • The office will also be closed on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
• Office Hours of Operation: Tuesday through Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm & Saturdays 8:00am - 3:30pm. Closed Sunday & Monday.
  • Exception: On December 9, 2025, the office will be open from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. only.
• Online Waitlist Registration: Opens at 7:00am and will close once capacity is met.
• Walk-ins: Please join our waitlist ahead of time and have all forms completed and documents ready.
• Recommendation: Register early due to high demand. Save time and sign up from home - there's no need to register in person.

Important Notes

• Last Applicant: Walk-ins are welcome up to 30 minutes before closing.

• Confirmation: Following sign-in, a text message will be sent to you with your position in the queue and an approximate wait time.

• Same-Day Service: Only for processing application, not for passport issuance.

• Procesing Times: Check passport processing times, visit website.

• Appointments: Not accepted.
